Spring is here and for the "Northerner's" nothing gets you more excited for summer then the first day in spring where you can go outside in short sleeves.  It's a big tease but something only those with four seasons can truly appreciate. If you're in the South then the spring just means super hot days are just around the corner.

No matter where you are from the spring is a time for most of us to start getting excited about a fresh tan!

CAUTION! WARNING! CAUTION!

Before you start tanning READ BELOW:

Do not get cocky and jump into tanning full steam ahead.  Remember your skin is sensitive, and for some, hasn't been exposed to the sun or tanning bed in months. This makes you prone to getting burnt if you don't build up slowly. If you already made that mistake check out how to treat your burns here, "How to Treat Sunburn & Tanning Bed Burn!"

Speaking of "starting slowly"... if you take your time and build up your tan it will last longer. This means your maintenance tanning can be done less often and save you money. Remember, patience is a virtue!

If you don't have time to tan but want the benefits of a deeper color and trim body, check out this new product by Institut DERMed, Body SolareSlimRX.  It's a 3-in-1 cream that moisturizes, acts as a self-tanner, and body contour cream.
